It was nice talking to you this morning. I got a surprise to hear you were in Perth, I thought you were in Brisbane. I work at a Psychiatric Clinic (Osborne Park) and had asked one of our psychologists a few weeks ago if she could recommend someone who did hypnotherapy. I was desperate to find someone to help me with my insomnia. I went to a private psychologist for a couple of sessions and she taped a session for me (which was nothing like your CD’s I can tell you!). I stopped going due to the expense, and then I found my old CD of yours on weight, I think I got that one through mail order a few years ago. I then thought I would try and find out if you had done one on insomnia. I rang Directory Assistance to see if I could get your number and they gave me the Hypnotist Society in Brisbane. (They didn’t know a thing about you, so they said). I was at a complete loss as to what I would do next, and then I rang Crystal Reflections at Hillarys here in Perth, and asked them if they had heard of you. Low and behold they not only did know you, but they had a CD on insomnia. You can imagine how I felt when they gave me a brochure and we could contact you right here in Perth!! I felt like it was Christmas. As I told you this morning we now have seven CD’s in total. Thank you so much for sending me the updated CD on weight control, I look forward to receiving it in the mail.

Now for my expreience and you can use it as a testimonial if you wish. I was asked to give a talk and demonstration. If you want to get ahead you cannot decline when opportunity comes knocking. So I accpeted the honour with gratitude. Immediately I started having panic attacks and dreaded visions of what would happen that evening. I imagined myself freezing, getting tongue tied etc. Once when I was 17, I had to recite a poem in a competition. I froze and ran out of the room when my turn came. It has stayed with me. It was horrible. Nonetheless, I set about preparing the talk and Power Point presentation in great detail. I did a lot of research and was comfortable that that side of it was of interest to the audience and well researched. The panic attacks just kept on. I couldn't sleep at night. So I thought I would try, with some skepticism, some on-line self-hypnosis. To my astonishment there is a whole world of it out there. I spent days researching. I thought I would try 2 different ones.

Rick's was an abolute standout even thought the other one came highly recommended. Here is what happened. I downloaded the mp3 and got to work The first time I played it ( a week before my talk) I knew I was on the right track. There is great depth and skill in Rick's Public Speaking CD/mp3. Through all the terror attacks and sweaty palms and huge self-doubt I just kept on every day playing it. The day before my talk I played it twice! On the day I played it again. The words are wonderful. I was still panicky when I left to give the talk and did a meditation in the car before I went to the firing squad.

Do you know what? Everything Rick said would happen happened to me that night. I am so proud of myself with what I achieved. A life of demons vanished. I confidently and happily made the presentation. I loved it. I engaged with the audience and it all went so well. I was congratulated many times over. I was told I was confident, at ease and gave a great informative talk. The sense of accomplishment is impossible to describe. I could hardly believe they were talking about me. In addition they paid me for it. I agreed to do it as I thought it would enhance my career. Money was never mentioned. I was overwhelmed.

But wait there's more. The very next morning, I received a phone call with a request from another organization to deliver a talk to their group. I couldn't believe it. Someone who heard me speak passed the news of my talk on. The lady in question told me so. I accepted with great joy and am now looking forward to my next talk. I am not having panic attacks or tremors. Just really looking forward to the joy of delivering my well researched talk again. I thought it was a one-off. I am so thrilled I can share the information I worked so hard to put together with another audience.

This time I am going in with confidence and looking forward to it. Just as Rick said would happen in the mp3. I am still stunned . I will continue playing the mp3 for several more weeks. I am going to buy some more CDs as I know my daughter can benefit from them as well as me So a huge thank you for a brilliant work By the way, the second mp3 I downloaded was OK but NOTHING on Ricks and I won't use it again. I am so looking forwarded to the next phase of my life. There is so much out there to benefit from and and then to help others with".

Absolutely brilliant. I have been diagnosed as a manic depressive for many years. Since August my life has completely changed by listening to Dr Collingwoods Happiness And Self Esteem CD. I have lost 23 kilos of excess fat, I have completely quit 18 years of smoking 25 cigarettes a day ( 14 weeks now ) and I feel happy and balanced. Hypnosis for Health & Healing (MP3 or CD) Giovanni Lordi

The CDs are really good. I used the turn back time CD and I sleep so much better, wake up and have so much more energy and am so focused that it is scary. Also I haven't had a problem with my arthritis now too. And a couple of people I the last few weeks telling me I look younger. Usually people say you look like in your in my mind mid 40's but now they said I look like around 35. It's a bloody miracle.

In 2010 I came upon your site after listening to an interview you did on Coast to Coast. Rick - you seemed like someone I was philosophically attuned with, so I downloaded the free MP3 at that time to see what it was all about.

I liked it, and being a cigarette smoker, I decided to purchase your Quit Smoking mp3. I listened to it a couple of times, but decided to keep smoking. About six months later, I came down with a severe case of bronchitis and decided I needed to to quit... I located the Quit Smoking hypnosis session on my computer and transferred it to my mp3 player, and I listened to it as instructed, sometimes several times after I went to bed. I am happy to say that after a year and two months I am still not smoking, and have no desire to start again. I had smoked for 34 years.

I just want to say thank you for the work you do. I have purchased some of your other hypnosis sessions for self improvement also, and have had good results and expriences with them. Turns out you're never to old to improve your life and your attitude!

Thank you so much Rick. I have done about 1 month of Mind and Body CD and have switched to Happiness Confidence & Self Esteem CD VOL 5 on September 1st. Given your info, I am on the way to achievement.

I do have much childhood pain (I am 46 y.o.) and are aware I have, due to this, an additive personality which leads to being a bit controlling. I am currently working on this as well. I think you are doing wonderful work. You must be so proud.
