I have always had a problems with remembering how to spell words.

My doctor, Dr Igor Tabrizian from Nutrition Review Service recommended that I try one of your Personal Hypnotherapy CD.

I have for several days been listening to your super memory CD and have noticed a difference. I don't now how it works but I seem to be remembering how to spell some words. I can only hope it keeps working and my spelling gets better.

Hi Rick,

I just had a long phone conversation with Becky Smith, Logan’s mom. She is extremely grateful for the hypnosis recordings you gave them. Logan’s nausea has subsided significantly since he began listening. She said he loves to listen to them, and they put him to sleep every night. His mental attitude has improved and his resolve to win this battle has increased. She says he quotes some of the phrases you use, which also gives her strength. The best news of all is that Logan just had a scan and the cancer has stopped growing for the first time since he began treatment.

On another front, a friend of mine, a naturopath who saw your post on Logan’s site bought your weight loss mp3. She was convinced prior to listening that hypnosis would not work for her because of her analytical nature… guess what? She lost 5 lbs in the first 10 days…

A Youthful You (MP3 or CD) Rick Collingwood

The changes I have noticed from using A Youthful You are interesting. I have started embracing technology with an attitude of `what the heck, give it a go`. This has meant that I am experimenting with programmes on the computer that had me petrified before, making the excuse that I will never need to use that programme, so lets not fiddle with it. I have enjoyed that change. I have started to learn a language just for the fun of it. I cant wait to see what other changes this CD unlocks. I may even end up taking that hiking trip in Nepal that I have always wanted to do!

I have a question. I have a friend that has social avoidance disorder, so he’s scared of people and being rejected and being out in public. Which cd or cd’s would you recommend I purchase for him? I was thinking the “Happiness and Self Esteem” one may help. What about the “Fear and Panic Free” one? Would that be helpful for someone with this disorder?

I have another question. After purchasing your weight loss cd I realized I have kind of a phobia of being skinny. I don’t know why. Do you have a cd that may help that?

Quick update

I have already noticed a difference in Kathryns attitude and actions this week, more focused, calmer, making plans for medical appts etc, talking to her sister and me about her past, anger and depression etc and how best to work on herself. Went out last night and only had a few drinks, she said she just did not feel like any more, which is terrific and I am sure a result of the cds.
